Short Bus Gus is the mysterious prophet who appears to have the power to command the beasts and saves the survivors. As they make their way to the city, he leads them through the sewers. Jean-Claude Seagal, a karate instructor, helps them to discover that these beasts are derived from "The Hive". They are now equipped with the knowledge to defeat these beasts. --Anonymous
